converting SE traffic
let's say that i have a page with 10 link to galleries of Briana Banks with sponsor xxxxx on these galleries.. and i receive to this page 500 hits/day SE targeted sponsor.. will be a good ideea to redirect the hits directely to the sponsor xxxxx?

I would avoid redirections, instead qualify your traffic to exactly what they are looking for. This will improve your conversions and give you a better chance on increasing your traffic from the SE's as opposed to a redirection.
