    Someone already reserved the domain when it will expire ? one expired program that I knew had that .

      Are you trying to register FUCK-I-AM-GOING-TO-MASSACRE-YOU-AND-RAPE-YOUR-FAMILY-IN-THEIR-EARS-WHILE-SWEARING-FUCK-FUCK-FUCK.COM again?

      It means what it says, but are you sure you are trying to register a .com though? I don't think .coms have any restrictions. .name domains for most large companies and brands are put on reserve though. As are porn-related domains for many country-specific TLDs.
