I have a funny mouse story, and some of you will swear im lying but this is the honest truth.
we had a mouse in our home after we first moved in and had tried everything to catch or capture him. Traps didnt work, both lethal and live traps, it was as if he knew what he was up against and always knew a way around it.
we had torn up our carpet in order to put down new hardwood floors in our living room and I was in their during the day one day pulling tacks and random pieces of glue remnants off the bare plywood to make way for a smooth install of the the floors and as im crawling around on my knees the mouse just walks up to me and stops, and looks up at me as if to say "okay I surrender" so I walked into the kitchen, got a cup, walked back to where he was, scooped him up, carried him down into our backyard and tossed him into some leaves across the creek.
Strangest thing I have ever seen a wild animal do. He wasnt scared of me, just wanted out.
