What can i do to help you and your business?

Although i am 99% serious with my tutorial threads, most of you dont take them serious. Understandable.

Ok so tutorial threads are out. Then i recommended (with results) a traffic broker as well as showed how to convert it and with what sponsor CLICK HERE FOR THE THREAD , so i wont do that anymore.

I really would like to help some newbs on here (NOT on ICQ!!) so what can i do?

Surely somebody has something they can learn from me, no?

so help me out, give me some ideas ... help ME help YOU!!

Does anyone have any specific questions or problems they need help with? Feel free to post it here, ill try and help ....

you can answer some questions that i'm too lazy to look into:

what's going to happen to all the old ARS sites? is global taking them over under their own affiliate program? or are they just going to let them die. global intermedia runs pimproll.com right? why don't they just add the old ARS sites to their portfolio of sites (if that's not what they currently have planned).

ill answer this as honestly as i possibly can lol, im too fucking newbish to know the answer!

I am not in the higherup circle that gossip of whats going on so i have no clue!

All i know is a big part of my income is lost due to ARS removing BYOT. Aside from that i have no idea what they are upto :/

If you were going to start a site, keeping in mind charge backs and retention, what type of program would you offer the customers?

Would you cross sell?

Would you have trials?

The only site i actually still own is findanadult.com so i cant really talk from experience, BUT ...

just from what i have read and understood, i would offer a trial with no cross sells. It would be a small but fair price so they can see if they like the site and decide if they want to stay a member.

A good portion of your income is coming from rebills, yes? So why try and get rich off signups? Be honest! Offer a fantastic, ORIGINAL product, let them taste it for a small price and then keep them recurring at a higher price with promises of updates, cam shows, chats, interactive shit ... use your imagination to keep them recurring.

just dont try and trick them, i think those days are over :/

I've been using an htaccess script, but every time I block one of these chinese fuckers, another 10 pop up. It is frustrating.

i actually like them all except #1 which needs a new font and thats about it. I would try increasing the quality of traffic rather than focussing on the gallery design. Try submitting to different/better/more targetted tgp's instead of your usual.

as far as hotlinking goes, if you notice a problem just block ALL hotlinking at the root, use htaccess

ya know, as quick as i would love to jump on the offer, im a bit stretched out as it is right now.

working full time in the finance industry (yes a 9-5!!) and also running my net biz full throttle

VERY time consuming which is why you dont see me camp out on GFY much :/

Same here!

for a long time i hustled mortgages on the retail side making a killing on commission, then i quit to work adult full time ... then i got engaged and fiance figured it would be best if i had benefits and a salary, etc.

so now i am back into mortgages but i do underwriting for the wholesale side and im paid 85% salary and then a bit of commissions.

with that and my adult biz i am doing better than i ever have, and im very happy

just SUCKS to have to go to work at 9am lol

Mine is more of a time management question. I've been running tgps for the past 5 years or so and saw a few booms and a few busts. I'm getting a little bored (or the $$ has dropped that much) that I've been trying to come up with other site ideas. I'm a total script fiend so I have alot of toys at my disposal including avspro, link up pro and phpadsnew not to mention all the others such as traffic scripts, gallery submit scripts and tgp scripts up the wazoo. You sound like you make small deals that have a very good return where as I tend to come up with huge networks that get to be so complicated it's hard to keep track of what's going on.
Do you have a mantra or something to keep you out of this type of behavior or is this not as common as I think it is. I think it's just a case of being overzealous and under powered seeing that I do everything on my own.
I'm very happy to see someone here looking to help, it is truly a rare feat.

its all about budget bro, cant let yourself go into a project with an open pocket, or you will be left with an empty one.

*IF* the idea is strong and needs lots of financial backing, make sure to map the ENTIRE thing FIRST!! Be sure to have all your bases touched before spending a dime or starting production.

Cant tell you how many times i ran into larger projects, dumped some big cash and ended up regretting it due to some left out details ...

no worries bro im not ashamed of my past, mistakes = lessons and god knows ive learned my share lol

i hate to say it, but i think being consistant is more important than hard work IMHO. You can work hard and be burnt out in a week with nothing to show, but do a good amount of work consistantly over a long period and you see it pay off.

and yes friend helped me lots, thats why im willing to help others if i can.

oh and the watch? My jewler promised he would have it then i got sick of waiting and ended up cancelling and going to the dealer direct, put down payment and now it will be in on april 3rd

BTW that watch is not as nice in real life, its very bland ... i choose another one that i liked better.
