    I have a "spyware" problem, is it in this list (MS Config screencap) ? ?

    Windows takes like 2 minutes to load now....something is up with my comptuer. spybot, etc doesnt find anything.

    anything on this startup screen look like it doesnt belong ?

      What removal programs are you using.Adaware and spy bot and most of those free ones do not completly remove the instances.I run Bullet proof and it removes atleast 50-100 instances every day
