Here's my tips,

Drink lots for the day/s before to get your body used to that amount of liquid.

When you start you MUST drink as much as you can right away, then hopefully you will go to the loo before the hour is up to make room for the rest, otherwise you will have no chance.

Don't worry about the eggs, but do them first. When you are full of milk the thought of the eggs will make you sick.

we tried the "milk challenge" first year residence in the cafeteria, there was about 400 people present when we started puking violently.. I've put up a pic on here a few times of a friend of mine vomitting through his nose, he got out about 100 feet and puked massive amounts of milk..

Ours was 10 Full Glasses in 10 Minutes..

make sure its 0% fat free milk and it will be a lot easier. i'm not as big of a guy as sleezy, and i know i could do it. i could do the eggs too if taste wasnt an issue, but it just might gross me out.

bad idea. it takes your brain 20 minutes till it realizes its full. you want to get as much done as you can before 20 minutes is up or you will be too full.

3,8 litres of milk will make ya sick, but I think I can do it without puking, the eggs are easy....3 eggs is nothing, ya should have seen a friend of mine after 20 raw eggs in 10mins.......he puked hehe

well start with the eggs crack them down all 3 into a cup and just lean backwards and swallow it all fast, drink milk directly after......drink around 1litre of milk the first 10mins, then wait 10mins, then drink 1 litre more, then wait 10mins then drink 1 litr emore.....then wait 10mins then drink the remaining 0,5litres(since ya drank 0,3 to the eggs) thats how I would do it
