    Alright, all webmasters or people with knowledge on porn laws read this

    Instead of me asking every 5 days "hey, is it legal to photograph naked girls in (insert country here)?", I have decided to try and compile a list of countries where you shouldn't have any problems photographing naked girls. Here's what I have so far, correct me if I am wrong:

    Mexico - legal, but not advised
    USA - Legal, go nuts
    Canana - Legal, have fun
    Australia - Legal, enjoy yourself
    Belarus - Illegal, even porno mags are illegal
    Russia - Legal
    Poland - Legal
    Sweden - Legal
    Norway - Legal (?)
    Denmark - Legal (?)
    U.K. - Legal

    That's all I can think of right now. I am going to try and compile a list and post it on one of my sites as a reference to other webmasters who may be travelling and want to exploit the women of that country.


    If you know of what kinds of forms or documents you need besides consent forms, post that too please.

          Right. I am not sure if you can propose the idea to Belarussian girls and take them to neighboring Poland or Russia, but shooting content in the country will get you thrown in jail. I also forgot to list Amsterdam - Legal (of course). I am mostly wondering about countries in Europe, like Switzerland, Germany (pretty sure it's legal there), Estonia, Italy, Greece, Spain, etc. Thanks.

              Um... Canadas wording on the age law is kinda weird... they have to be over 18 and the other part they don't use much but is on the books is they can't be depecting someone under the age of 18. Which means if you have a 19 year old girl who looks really young and you dress her up in a school girl outfit and give her a sucker to shove in her pussy you could still be breaking the law here even though the person is over 18. They very rarely use the second part of the law as when you goto court it's really hard for the Crown to convince a jury that it's child porn when you have proof of age over 18.

              This is the last thing I heard from my lawers on the subject... if they are wrong please correct me so I can run a barely 18 site without living in fear

                  As far as my research has discovered, there have been no charges laid under the "looks under 18" section.

                  But why take a chance?

                      Was I right about that? Have you heard about this as well?

                      I think it would have to look really under 18 for them to even bother..
