How much sleep u get a night!
I try and get about 5-7 but lately it has been 5. How much sleep is everyone else getting. I know some of you don't sleep but how long you dozing off for then in front of the computer.

I have Sleep Apnea and have to sleep with a full pressurized oxygen mask on otherwise my throat collapses and I start choking....about every 20mins or so. Mask also keeps me from snoring so loud that I wake the neighbors. Since I started wearing the mask I get 7hrs a night. Fucking 36 and already on oxygen

Depends.
I end sleeping 12 hours+ if I stay awake for a few days or more. But when I am in the habit of sleeping everyday 3-6 per episode. Be it 1pm - 5pm or 11pm - 2am.

I think they recommend like 7 hours a night of sleep. If I sleep longer then that then I'm sleepy all day and won't get shit done.Comment

I sleep between 5 and 10 hours.....depends on if there is some nhl hockey going on in the middle of the night on swedish TV, and that is usually happening 2-3 days a week
