according to what i read in xbiz mag you might as well

but!
just to be safe, renew em for another year. if icann allows em, then it would be well worth the renew fees

If ICANN allows them ( which will most likely not happen ), then probably other ppl will be able to register "his" names and he will have to abandon them.

I'd dump them. I'd personally never spend the time and/or money trying to develop anything on an .xxx domain. They're just too risky. Maybe you could find someone willing to buy them in the future, though.
