It's appaling to think that some people can care less about anyones life until it is there own.
Strange...
Not caring about people's deaths is rather a psychotic self centered approach don't ya think?

Here's my problem I have with your "world outlook".
If it is OUR responsibility to send troops to die in warfare in order to save the lives of foreign nationals, then we can't simply apply it to those countries that best fit our own national interests (as in Iraq).
"Not caring about people's deaths is rather a psychotic self centered approach don't ya think?" -->if that is what you believe, then you should be on your soapbox breating the heck out of the drums for military intervention in the Sudan, the Phillipines, North Korea, MANY other African countries as well as a few in central & South America.
I know Bush got us in this mess, but I think there comes a point where one must be selfish and say "We must protect American lives FIRST" and get our troops home! We cannot stay there indefinitely to be protectors of the Iraqi people. As it is now, we're doing a TERRIBLE job protecting their lives. Do you really think it would be WORSE if we left?
