    Adult webdesigner, programmer, allrounder wanted in Amsterdam (Full-Time)

    We are looking for a adult webdesigner, gallery submitter and programmer who will work at our office in Amsterdam center. This is a full-time job and will start in December or November 2004.

    Are you interested or do you know somebody for us? The salary will be discussed at the first meeting.

    What you will have to do:
    - Webdesign of our adult websites and galleries.
    - Design of our Ad-Tools like banners, FHG's, FPA, HPA's etc.
    - Sumbmitting galleries to TGP's.
    - Customer support through email.
    - Updating the members section.
    - Programming some custom applications.
    - and much more ...

    How you should be:
    - Independent worker, fast learning & adapting.
    - MBO+, experienced in the adult internet business.
    - Very good knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and HTML.
    - Knowledge of PHP, MYSQL, Java, C++ etc.

      Geezus...you want one person to do 3 full-time jobs..."and much more..."

      A web designer, in-house, worth his salt is a 6-figure job...a programmer to write custom applications and is skilled in Java and C++ is another 6-figure job. Submitting galleries and that kind of promotion is a full-time endeavor if you're to have success at it...I am not experienced in a pay-scale for that...and you want this person to handle customer support too?!?

      Is there some dude flying around GFY with a cape on?

      I can do all that except the C++ and if it were to be my full-time job, I doubt anyone on this board would pay a single person what the job is worth

                      I can do all that shit.

                      Cept C++ and Java (JVM).

                      You can outsource most of that list easily for less.
                      Then just you employ a designer who has management skills.

                      Ya put all that on one person what ya gonna do when he leaves?

                          no outsourcing for that one - you need to work in our office in amsterdam.

                          Don't worry about the requirements. The more the better but don't listen to the lazy fuckers who think it's too much work.

                          You are not alone, you join an existing team who will help you into your work field.
