I don't think it would be possible to sustain such a program. It would be so easy for people to send you ridiculous amounts of shitty traffic. It would sink you for sure.
I guess if you were super anal about rules for promoting your sites like somene already mentioned. Approved ads/text, etc. And if the program were invite only so you only had trustworthy affiliates.. but even then..26 + 6 = 1Comment

Okay, here is more details on this guys.
Obviously I am not trying to find the fastest way to bankrupt myself, so there will be measures taken to prevent the abuse of the system by hitbots, etc.
As far as the compensation goes, there will be a level setup for those sending traffic that do not stay below the 1 in 200 ratio. For example, compensation will be based on your conversion ratio such as this (only an example)
Level 1: 1 in 250 = $X
Level 2: 1 in 300 = $XX
Level 3: 1 in 350 = $XXX
Level 4: 1 in 400 = $XXXX
etc....
There will be a ceiling on the compensation, to prevent the abuse of the system and ensure its survival. For example there may be a cap at 1 in 1000 ratio, so if your ratios exceed that, there will be no compensation above that amount.
The important thing is this: This network will ONLY contain sites that have been tested EXTENSIVELY and proven to convert at or below 1 in 200 with general traffic. This in turn will mean that anyone converting at say 1 in 1200 is either doing something terribly wrong, or perhaps in some way abusing the system.
Also, the overall weekly conversion of the entire network will be made public, and will be used as to gauge the performance of the affiliates. There will be some restrictions on the what countries the traffic can come from (you can probably guess, no russian traffic, etc.) but there will be NO RESTRICTIONS on the source of the traffic, so if you can get your exit traffic to perform well, more power to you.
If this concept can be executed profitably, I will do it, and if it is done right, I believe it will be the most profitable venture in the adult internet for WEBMASTERS. I am willing to bet that MOST of you guys are not converting at 1 in 200 or below...If I can gaurantee those conversions, no other program can make you more money.

I think I see one major flaw in your concept.
Your brand new, never before seen sites are converting better than 1:200. In 6 months, when every TGP is plastered with Studiocash FHGs and everyone and his sister is promoting SC, it won't be converting at 1:200 on general traffic anymore.
I'm sure Nastydollars was doing awesome on TGPs when they first launched. But not anymore.
