        From the experience I have at running paysites, I've noticed that no matter how nice, how complicated and how many options your members' area has, the easier the navigation and the simpler it is, the better the conversion...

        off course, that's from my experience with the way I do my stuff, so it might be different with someone else's design style too ;)
