    Anyone from Candid here?

    One and a half weeks ago I sent an email to Candid Hosting asking for my account to be cancelled due the dissapointing level of support they offer. Just as I had expected I heard nothing back so sent a chase up email, again nothing. Yesterday I emailed them for the third time. Please can someone from Candid contact me ASAP!

                                  But he does do his fair share...we try very hard to keep everyone on this board informed, in touch with us, and to make sure we deliver the highest level of service after the sale we as reps can give.

                                      I have one cancellation sitting in queu in the ticket system right now waiting on a response since the account is paid up until 3/19. This is probably the person complaining about lack of response.

                                              After a little research I just confirmed that the account was cancelled 2-23-04, within 24 hours of the submitted request.

                                                  Why people stick with Candid is beyond me. Have people learned nothing from the Like Whoa fiasco? There were warning signs for months before they shut down and I see the same thing happening with Candid.

They cost me a lot of money and sanity. If not for Jupiter Hosting, I would have been forced to fly to Florida and bitch slap everyone in the Candid office. Jupiter saved my ass.
