If you know what I am talking about then add to the thread. Its kind of like blue balls for the prostate. I get this everonce in a while, and i think its from looking at porn 24.7. Any one know what I am talkin about?

Yup. Just take some Proscar/Propecia and it help. I take it to prevent hairloss, but it's great for your prostate as well.
