We average less than 25 licenses total per photo set.
We average less than 15 licenses per video set.
This isn't a blowout selling 100 copies , it's 2004, you have to really bust ass on these.
We're trying to work out stuff with most of the webmasters out there who have smaller sites and aren't necessarily the big boys.

Well, yes and no.
What really has bit the dust is the licensed content market, for the producer, that is.
It is INCREDIBLY MORE PROFITABLE to do exclusive and reality series productions as opposed to doing licensed video and photos for todays webmaster.
So, like any good business, we are adapting.
We were never that expensive to begin with, that's the real rub, you could have gotten 22 sets for 249 a month from us, for two years, brand new, released every friday, when we were running that program.
The problem was, that deal became less and less supported, so we couldn't afford to offer it to the ones who stayed on and knew the true value of a cool content club program like that.
Sucks really...but the industry has changed, so we had to, as well.
Thanks for all your support , everyone, on this endevour and all our others.

It is just not profitable to shoot content for resale to your standard and give it away for $11.31 a set.
What happens is you end up with a bunch of regulars buying it who would have bought it at $40 a set. You don't make more money over the long term, you end up making less.
The mania for screwing the content producer is going to bite back soon. Webmasters and paysites are losing a good producer of non exclusive content, which in the end will mean those left will be able to command more for their products.
We are staying in the non exclusive market.
