Honey, they aren't a myth..... I know my program doesn't shave anything and from the looks of Lightspeed, I very highly doubt they do either. Many programs don't shave, but I do realize those are getting harder to find these days. I have known and dealt with Steve for a long time and I could almost swear he doesn't..... and I know we don't. There are many out there that don't, you just have to really do your homework these days is all. Greed seems to be running crazy right now, but not all of us shave you.
As for OUR rebills? Overall, we have about a 56% rebill ratio, so I think (and am told) this is pretty damn good. This is overall for my program since January of this year, not just a month or two. But we take good care of our Members and cater to them and what they want, we update very frequently and do other things to keep them happy....
There are a lot of programs that cater to their Members, and a lot that don't, the ones that do are the honest ones and the ones that aren't going to shave YOU blind OR rip the Members off, because they have a product they can backup and don't need to shave you. They know their product is good enough that they can live from it AND be honest, without having to rip people off to stay afloat.
