I thought ARS stopped using Ibill some months ago? I didn't verify this, somebody posted it in a thread as an indicator that unpleasant things were in store for Ibill. -
Ok so what are you basing this on?
What I hear is that the new bank contract kicks in on the 1st and they will be able to offer "Ibill Complete" services again.
As far as I can see everything they have done is just a waiting game until the 1st.Comment

When we call them, they've been telling us they expect to be caught up on payments by the 31st. If they don't follow through on that, I doubt very many people are going to care about signing up with "Ibill Complete" on the 1st.Comment

Someone mentioned in another thread that if they don't pay their webmasters within X amoutns of days, there's some sort of legal consequence.
Can anyone elaborate on this?
