Especially since a subpoena or other lawyer-drafted letter to EBay should result in a list of every Tawnee or Jordan Capri CD or DVD ever sold, complete with seller's names and the $ amount.
Hell.. they ley Microsoft enforce their copyrights, why not do the same for the "good guys" like Lightspeed.
