I've been with CCBill since Sypro went under in 1999 and I have used them on my pay sites since then.
They never miss a payment, which I email for as and when I want one, even the odd time after that weeks cut off date... I'm crap at anything techy and one phone call to them and what I need or have screwed up is done
I'm in the EU and waiting for Epoch to start a service for us to add them. Back in 2001 they went through the same problems as IBill seem to be having now, and they've come through, so I feel that they too are here for the duration
