with all respect, although hes family and you want the best for him - your not helping him by trying to run his life.
you are not responsible to hand feed and carry him through life, if he hasnt learned to survive on his own by now.. then he never will.
tell him - "I am telling you that I will drive you to school, and help you with everything you need to make it in life, but I am NOT - repeat - NOT going to do it for you."
then simply walk away... he can only help himself and you have done as much as anyone can be expected to do outside of pretending to be him. You cant force him and if you do.. he will not succeed. he is going to need to want this for himself.
Or.. find a girl who will laugh at him now and say, "if you want to fuck a hot chick like me. then make something out of your life, girls hate loosers." then help him start up a small porn site, register his name on gfy.. then watch him make post counts up over 30000
