How much sympathy can you have? The writing has been on the wall in 30ft high letters for several months. If people chose to ignore it then they've only themselves to blame. For the most part those burnt haven't a clue enough to be in business in the first place.

They owe use over $90k our lawyers are working on them as I type this.

We were with them for over two years. I didn't see any signs they were going under it appeared to be business as usual.

same here.. although i only lost 1/3 of what you lost.

Dont bother 'working on it' im pretty sure they have that covered.

You are probably right, but I cannot just sit by and allow my money to be stolen like this. I lost $90k already another few thousand in legal fees won't matter much at this point.

I will at least have piece of mind that I tried....

if it makes you feel any better i know someone who owes them more than 20k and he doesn't intend on paying them.

I was inquiring about a lost check !
They ' terminated" me even tough I had a written contract specifying adult sexual goods ...

We hereby notify you that pursuant to Sections 5.2 and 6.3 of the Agreement, the whole of the Reserve Account and all Remittances, as such terms are defined in the Agreement, shall be held by PaySystems until all potential Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks in relation to your Customers, as such terms are defined in the Agreement, are fully processed to the satisfaction of PaySystems.
