PAYSYSTEMS ripping thousands of people off

Apparently thousands and thousands of businesses on the net are being affected by these assholes and now Paysystems is sending out thousands of emails and charging small businesses fines of $200/chargeback above the $25 'handling fee'. As well, they consider merchants that refunded potentional fraud orders to be 'excessive refunding' and therefore it is 'refunding to avoid chargebacks'. Duh.

Check this out if it affects you (sorry for posting another board URL but it should be of help to some people here)

How much sympathy can you have? The writing has been on the wall in 30ft high letters for several months. If people chose to ignore it then they've only themselves to blame. For the most part those burnt haven't a clue enough to be in business in the first place.
    Ignorance is never bliss.

We were with them for over two years. I didn't see any signs they were going under it appeared to be business as usual.

You are probably right, but I cannot just sit by and allow my money to be stolen like this. I lost $90k already another few thousand in legal fees won't matter much at this point.

I will at least have piece of mind that I tried....
