                          give him a break if it's a contractor.. I used to do that shit and the Cable companies screw the contractors over all the time.. They give them to many jobs to do in the same time frames then bitch if they can't get to them all on time.

                          However if it's a guy that works for the cable company, then give him hell.. those fucks are lazy as hell.

                              I agree with crockett. And have you noticed that whenever your cable goes down they say shit like "A person will be there in 2 days to repair your cable. But don't worry, you won't be charged for this time" wtf? Happens about 1-2 times a year for me. Good thing I have a backup (phone) and the office.
