Ouch! I had a nasty fall this weekend that could have been really bad. It was too fast on wet surfaces too, but luckily I was spared anything worse than a REALLY sore body.
I did 4 months of PT earlier this year for a back injury and I've set myself way back with my fall, but I'm back doing my exercises and stretches and trying to get things back in control again.
Do your exercises and listen to your physical therapist and don't work too hard. Better to rest now and walk well later, than work a little now and not walk later, right?
