                                                                                          single girls absolutely go out in groups...keeps them from appearing unwanted or vulnerable. I'm a girl and when my friends and I used to do this it never crossed our mind that it might intimidate the guys.
                                                                                          my only suggestion would be to go right over, drink for her in hand, and introduce yourself to her and all her friends.
