Me 2 - I get out of sync with sleep, usually when I pushing the boat on the sites - one day can roll into the next then - collapse for 12 hours and up again. One thing that does help though is power naps. When I can I hit the sack in the afternoon for an hour. Worse culprit for work overload and sleep deprivation is coffee cola and choclate - all 3 of which I eat in obscene quantities when at the screen ... but still the dollar rolls in and one day it will be over and I will be filthy rich living a filthy life.
