When you buy the content, get it like you would a new car. At the end of the month or during a holiday season. Get a few to notice you here, and get a bidding war started. Play into their greed. They are all looking at it like, hmmm, do I want to make a few hundred today or go another day until I do? The answer is they want the few hundred, but make them work for it.
As for payment processors, also look into paycom/epoch. I'd use 2 since you never know and one might go down for an hour or 2 so it is nice to have a backup. When a worm slams the net down, it doesn't go down 100%, so it is good to have 2 in case someone wants to play DDOS for a few days. In my own experience buying porn (back before I got it for free) CCBILL was would deny my CC for no apparent reason while Epoch would not and vice-versa, also a good reason to have 2.
Hosts, make sure you are on a dedicated server. Make sure it is locked down. Have someone make sure it is. I can be hired for such a thing at low rates. No use in having a paysite if hackers are giving it away on the IRC for free.
