I am already using them and I have couple of sign-ups from their sites, that re-direct appeared from like two weeks

Redirecting webmasters is lame.

If webmasters from russia and surrounding countries rip you off just replace the signup form and tell them to contact you if they really want to sign up (there are lots of good guys too).

Hmm... you guys started out with a clean 50% revshare program, now you're 60% but you have 3 uncredited consoles (5 in total), and now unpaid dialer redirects.

Are there any other surprises waiting in store for webmasters promoting you? I can't find any T&C on your site.

You have rocking sites but the evolution of your program seems to be moving away from what I started out with...

We are clean as a whistle. Sometimes it is better to ask than to assume.

We are honest, payout on time, do our best to help affiliates in anyway we can..., We do 60/60 (NOT 60/40), AND PAY the processing fees.
You preferred only making 50% and paying your own fees?

We ONLY redirect countries that are consuming our bandwidth yet DONOT signup. That is pretty much wasted traffic.

The dialer is by goodthinxx and is just a beta for Pancho, which started about 2 weeks ago.

Once we decide on WHAT program we will choose, if not one of our own, we will permanantly add this feature to Pancho's new affiliate program due before Jan 2005
and affiliates WILL get credit for it. We have to BETA these dialers BEFORE we give credit to affiliates. We have TO SEE if they are going to work, how they work, etc...

We've had some set backs in our new system, but once it is done, we will offer:

Non console tours, at 50% and the affiliate pays their own fees.

4 Console Tours at 60% just like it is now. 2 for you, 2 for us. I dont think you will see too many programs NOT trading their last consoles. Hence the higher payout. That said, our affiliates are making MORE money than they ever have in the past.

The last two being ours. The first two being yours.

And PPS $25, $30, and $35, with some special promotions at $40 and higher. Among other things such as contests, will be in store for Pancho very soon.

(on a side note, the 5th console was/is beta and will be removed soon, to have 2 for affiliates, 2 for our own trades.)

We are TRYING to test the new system and I hope everyone will understand while we do this, and not jump to any conclusions.

In the end, we are paying out more than we ever have before, just over $60,000 US dollars THIS month alone and it just keeps growing.

Which will make affiliates quite happy I can bet.

When a change is made to our sites on that level, it is done in batch, we obviously overlooked the fact they are redirecting Pancho as well.

Still, that was NOT our intention.

Sure, just wasn't clear.

Perhaps "clean" wasn't the best choice of word... reminds me of people arguing about the definition of "fake" TGPs recently.

I'm mainly into revshare, and when I started out that meant 50% (either gross or net, it wasn't always obvious then) with no consoles or anything else like geo redirects. That's what I meant by clean. I guess times are changing.

BTW, are you moving to a cascading system with your own stats, or will the PPS be done with ccbill still?

Yep.

We will be moving to cascade, BUT we will allow affiliates to choose from several processors to be their primary.

CCBILL will be the default primary.

We will be paying out affiliates every two weeks, through our own system.

The new tracking will allow affiliates to see much more detailed stats as well as a much better chance of making that sale.

We also will be offering payouts by epassporte and checks.

Some of these options will be available as the new program develops. We want this puppy to be working 150% before we
ask our affiliates to use it. In addition, some of the before mentioned payouts will be expanded to include other options, such as alternate tours, member's area plugins, etc...

All old linking codes will still work of course and will be paid normally.

All in all, it has been a rough move, going through several software programs allready, that just did not meet our needs.

We do not expect the new program to be launched until Mid December.

Panchodog is a great program. We have consistantly sent them traffic for two years and they are one, if not our best converting sponsor.
