I have been redirected to that URL:

when I try to open the webmaster program:
http://www.panchodog.com.. I guess it's some kind of country redirection, but why the site of the affiliate program too. I wanted to get some free hosted galleries to add to my TGP sites. Anyone get that redirect too?
