Cameraman, your approach on paying is right on, for your area. The same is done in Las Vegas but hourly pay is still a very common option. I will add that the prices you quote for the daily rate is not even close to LA prices. Either you are full of shit or you have hit a goldmine. If you are full of shit, grab a shovel, if not then I would love to see some of the models being photographed for that price. If they are what I need, I would be interested in doing some model trades with you.

Ditto here. Maybe Aaron and I can make a trek down there and double-team the models, although right now I'm preparing to shoot in Vancouver BC next month.
