You're acting as if there is a problem. Google's TOS very clearly states that you have to identify your ad as affiliate if you are acting as an affiliate. All their email says is you have been suspended until you make that change. They're not PayPal...you're still in business, pending slight modification.
And, in case you were wondering, having "aff" in your ad does not deter clicks
