    Stop the hotlinking

    Hey guys whats up,

    Michael here from jivemovies.com.. I need information on how to stop hotlinking. I just recently got hotlinked and got by bandwidth rocked. So please any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again MP

            .htaccess in every directory and sub-directory as well as the root

            if you dont know how to do it, this site will create the file for you. You may also consider blocking blank/hidden referrers

            No More Hotlinking

                                I dont need htaccess.. Thats for hiding the movies password protect.. I run a free mgp and you know crazy people hotlink the shit out of my movies. So anithotlink.com is good/? ill check it out thanks everyone. MP

                                      i would use a .htaccess with some rewrite rules in it, and for the people saying .htaccess won't work for movies, mod_rewrite will work for ANY request to apache.
