Two local clowns found themselves sitting in the mayor's office with the deputy chief of police trying to explain why they thought it was so fucking funny to rifle through my car, then wake up the K-9 officer at 3am to search my car. Nevermind the fact that I was 20 year resident of this town at the time, and I knew the K-9 officer for years before they hired these numb nuts.
Two weeks suspended without pay taught these guys not to fuck with the locals, but I really doubt they learned their lesson.Comment

i think 80% is being generous... the small town cops piss me off the most, all they do is bullshit and harass people, i have a little more respect for city cops because at least there is some element of risk in their jobs... even then im sure 90+ % are powertripping assholes... i guess its to be expected, its not like the smartest people decide to become cops... unless there is a family tradition or a genuine wanting to serve most of them are the people who were fuckups in highschool... a lot of the cops that i know are people who were dirtbag jerkoffs in highschool who always got in trouble and started shit with people... give them a badge and what do you expectOriginally posted by toodamnfli

So basically the police around here become tax collectors, giving out fines for no seatbelts, driving four wheelers on the side of the road, speeding, fining teenagers then taking their booze home for themselves, etc.
Half of the new cops at the local detachment are women cops that are literally less than 5 1/2 feet tall. If there is a real problem why the hell would I call them? It's not like they're going to help.
If something does happen to get stolen, calling them is just a formality before dealing with the insurance company. They never find anything. One guy had his truck stolen a few weeks ago and he told them he had a rifle in the back, so they charged him for having a weapon that wasn't secured. Never did find the truck.
Someone post the video of the lady cop that accidentally fires off a round at the guy who's lying on the ground already in cuffs.Comment

I am proud to say my father was a FUCKING pig !
You know what ! He would mind his own business and not care that the neighbors grew pot !
He would never give a ticket unless the person COCKED an attitude.
He would play jokes on friends and my hubby before we married like pulling a girlfriend over with the redlight and laugh and say hello !
God bless his soul since he died at the age of 43 of an enlarged heart due to the stress of being a cop !
