Yapparently my sig lost a value of $100... but last time the forum was more active overall. Even the main form is not as active this month on sig day.

Or everyone is getting greedy and asking too much to start with and getting left behind.

I didn't say you specifically, but a lot of people. I've kept my price low even if I think I can get more I haven't tried.

i agree. when i saw people that have been here since last year with 1300 posts asking for $600, i decided to try for $400....$300....now im at $200 (which i KNOW im worth more than that, but fuck it!)

people askin too high killed it for some of us. i doubt i'll even sell my sig ever again. maybe in a year when its worth over $10K or soemthing.

I Know... but I was useing myself as an example of somone having a harder time this month.

Heh, I actually got less money by putting my sig on the market I probably could have jsut kept the same deal I had with fastsize.

But its all in good fun.

                  Amen

basically the buying of sigs is too much work it needs to be more automated like on ebay. Or a auction site.. if you could just go around bidding and all auctions ended at teh same time and you got emails with all teh ones you win and then close them all out at one time it would be much more efficent .

if I want to buy say 50-100 sigs its like a whole days work the way its set up now. I dont really have time to spoend a whole day each month buying sigs !

if I could just go somewhere and buy 50 peoples next 100 posts then i could get some pretty quick flood of branding.

Also sig buying is getting less worth it as more and more people surf with sigs off. If we are gonna have sig auctions then we should make it so that you can not turn off sigs. That would make them more valuable.

Pretty good idea. Someone could contract a coder and take a fee for being listed, that would eliminated all the people with 100 posts asking for ridiculous amounts... the problem would be making it the offical sig sale site. Lensman would have to do it or support the person doing it.

                        Amen

yeah its also hard to wade through 300 posts to find the few you may want to bid on

i dont see why lens would have to do it, it could be anyones site, and optional to use of course. If the owner charged just a few % then it could be definately worth it for them
