    Who are the sigs supposed to attract?

    With large programs, like ARS and Playboy Cash, how much is it worth for everyone to have their sig's flying? It would seem like every webmaster around would already be signed up for the programs.

    Is it worth that much to generate new affiliates? Or is it more of a sheer promotional "look at how huge we are" type of campaign?
