it depends on how much b/w you use , $170 per month for 40-50 K traffic is not expensive, but you could have the lower price from them if you use alots of BandWidth, just ask phil to get a better deal!

Their cost is expensive b'cause they have lots of staffs to do it and easily contact by ICQ.

The only bad part is their staff often make a mistake... Like Last time Accounting confusing me with the payment stuffs, but that's ok. What i hate is they have a ticket system, but not make it as useful as it should be

I have alot of our stuff hosted with them. Have been with them for 3-4 years I think. Almost never any down time, fast loading, etc. The only two beefs I have are 1, their email set up (I know their email tech via icq better than I should - good thing he has thick skin) and 2, the one time I tried to re-up on a domain that was getting ready to expire and I ended up losing the url because of an error.

Good hosting company, good support, but I think whoever put their email set up together must have stayed out too late the night before one too many times.

also, I think I pay 5 bucks a gig and not 4 because I don't have their link on my sites.

They also have a no down time guarantee ... if they are down for over an hour, they give you a 10 percent discount on your bill.
