like many companies doing a reasonably good job my opinion is that webair has been in a growth phase the last 18 months.
and this will give any business some teething problems.
webhosting is a very competitive business, and will become more so in the days to come.
it is a commodity---one good host is just as good as another, and there really does not need to be much loyalty.
but i will say this---i am on webair with dedicated boxes.
and the service has been ok, and now that glitches are gone, my connectivity is exceptional.
when evaluating a host do a multi-traceroute, check ping times, # of hops, etc.
and if you do that, and if you are usa based, and have substantial euro traffic you will come to the conclusion that webair gives very good performance/price.
