I answer every icq I get, good, bad and the ugly. Are you sure you have the right ICQ number? 423517. I never ever ignore anyone and try my best to make sure everyone is answered in a timely manner.... IF I receive their messages, that is. Please try again if you don't get a response, ICQ glitches sometimes and it will sometimes be days before something actually gets to me.... this isn't the first time I have had this asked of me, but anyone that knows me knows I respond to everything.... LOL
