Producer plans to make (1) Scripted Title per Month, over the next (12) Months. Based on Operational, and Sales performance models, the total exposure would be $80K through the Fourth Month of the Investment. Incomes from the Productions would start no later than the end of the Fourth Month. Producer is willing to offer a 50% ROI on the total Investment ($180K) within the first year.
