I've heard enough stories from dumb foreigners marrying local girls and getting ripped their whole money off, extortion from families when somebody jumped in front of your car, corrupt cops etc.
If you just fuck hookers and they get caught you won't get problems of course.
I heard there are mostly UK and German guys who life there for a while ripping of their own people who are there on holiday or just arrived.
