I hold several domains that have this word in the domain and they are all adult in nature, is this a problem under new legislation and visa regs? All models are over 18 of course and in fact the sites just link to 3rd party adult sites.

Yep.... but I'd Stay away from the word "young"

If you are using them to submit galleries you might have a problem with a few places that don't like the word.

I do know that when the drama all started, 2 of the networks I get bonus feeds from for my members areas required all their links and terms for sites that said "young" , they all had to be switched to "Teen" was a mess

I was talking to CCBill about this very subject...and, I believe it was PSW who had banned the word teen.
According to CCBill, it's not the word 'teen'...it's other words around it, like:
preteen
lolita
young teen
etc.
From our discussion, I did not get the impression that VISA was going to ban the actual word; however, it was suggested that any text should make it very clear these teens are eighteen and older.Raven
