Why does everybody think their sigs is the best ?

Actually 95 % of the people here aren't even known by 10 % of the other posters .

I see newbs asking for 500 $ sigs . I bet they don't even HAVE a website . That's kinda sad ... There are maybe 10-15 people that stand out on this board. Other always post smileys or 2-3 words posts and that'S getting really annoying .

I mean I got nothing agains't sigs ... The fac that it motivates you to post isn't bad. But the fac that some people are spamming the board is kinda freaky .

But that's not what I wanted to say with this topic . What I wanted to say is that there is tons of gallery posters that post topics saying their sig is the best and asking 500-1k $ when they got 2-3k posts and almost nobody noticed them yet ...

I dealt myself with couple hundread webmasters . I got like 450 + on ICQ and talked to each and everyone ...

Even big boys are asking a bunch for their sig when I only notice -2 posts a month by them ;)

When I learned sigs where being sold I just turned them off. Why do I want to see a bunch of banners?

It was different when people put their best programs/sponsors in their sigs. It was more creative and diverse.
