    Offshore Incorporation and Bank Accts

    Theres a place in Panama that takes WU to pay for setup of offshoure companies there..

    Then theres 2 banks in Latvia I need to get the names off (I forget).


    What are some good places in Latvia? I know theres 2 or 3 good banks and I need 2 of them and whats a good place in Panama to incorporate?

              I had an offshore company in Panama with an account in a Latvia bank 2 years ago ...

              Guess what ... the bank went bankrupt

                                              it probably is a good way to avoid taxes, but it's perfectly legal.... just operating an offshore business.

                                                  They are joining the EU this year, so if your Europian, all your info can be disclosed to revenue agency... If your in the US, you 'might' be okay.. I am with Rietumu, they are a very good latvian bank... also have accounts in other countries, but Rietumu, Latvia is by far the most professional.... Keep away from Parexbanka... they are slow as shit! only way to get anything done is fly to latvia and speak to someone in person. it's not a good place to visit either.. but quite nice for anonymizing your cash they will even give you a nym debit card..
