    Judge threw out the most serious charge against her. Said govt.'s case wasn't strong enough.

    They dragged this woman's ass through the mud, ruined her business etc. and the judge throws it out? If I were her I would be gettin' more lawyers together than a politician with his drawers round his ankles.
