What a truly idiotic thing to say. Enuf thought is was "entertaining" for it to rack up a nice payday. Does that make it a "good" movie?
Ask yourself how many quality independent or Oscar winning movies made bank. Box office success is more likely an indicator of mass appeal (and remember how stupid the masses are) than quality.
