The problem is, your case will be based on being able to prove the potential value of each domain thus establishing the speculative loss.

If you sue, have as acredited a domain appraiser as you can find appraise the domains to help your case.

But, someone needs to take a stand for all the little people things like this happen to and show these companies that continuing on with this act will cost them much more money in the long run.

How about punitive damages for unethical business practices? Plus they could lose their ICANN accreditation, I assume.
