I haven't raised my price yet, I don't see any reason to get greedy, but I see people with several thousand less posts than me and posts I never read asking for near $1g and I just laugh.

You should try to be realistic or else you will end up dissapointed.
Case in Point Fletch the 30 k man been here forever and he is asking peanuts..he is worth way more in my opinion. Just trying to suggest toning it down a bit and maybe asking for more later on when you build up a rep.

If you ask for a thousand, chances are you'll end up with $100 or less when all is said and done.

Be realistic, underprice yourself if necessary, and you'll be happy with the results.

But on the other hand there is nothing wrong with establishing what you feel you are worth.

My sig pushing my gallery designs has made me a lot more than $1K a month a hell of a lot more...so I wouldn't even begin to think of selling it for less than that it's just the principle.

But at this point I really don't need a sig pushing my gallery work, as a lot of my big orders come from word of mouth passed from sponsors to sponsor and then there's even word of mouth passed from smaller clients to smaller clients.

I have a new service http://www.stealthisgallery.com which I am not alone in thinking is an excellent concept and will be a great marketing tool for any smart sponsor to use.

So my price includes my sig, plus this unique promotional tool gone into over drive. Instead of paying X amount of Dollars for only 1 weeks advertising with 1 gallery per week being given away they get an entire month pushing nothing but their sites and a gallery a day given away to their affiliates.

So yeah while my price might sound outgrageous, for those smart enough to look at what they're getting will see it's actually a steal at $2K.

Sure doesn't hurt to try but realistically for the people with the smaller post counts ,they probably will be ignored.
I also gave Lens a top banner spot on my tgp/mgp webmaster submissions pages for my deal.
