Doesn't hurt to have a few extra subs to throw around the pacific, atlantic and artic ocean. Part of that might have to do with keeping up with some NORAD deal. But it would be even better if the fucking subs weren't pieces of shit that where purchased from the British Navy because they qualified it as junk. Yes, the money would have been better spent on choppers. Fucking seakings are too old. That being said, I think the Prime Minister has already released the cash for that and manufacturers are bidding on the contract at the moment.
