sucked how the sharks just kept F-ing w/ them.
mmm yeh the quality was pretty shite and it waas a very short movie as well.. i guess they couldnt do much with such a story line..
I liked it. And I'm glad low budget movies like this are making it into theaters here in the US. No, it's not The Matrix, and noone from Saturday Night Live is in it.. so? It doesn't follow the hollywood formula and definately wouldn't have passed any focus group testing ..... that's refreshing. The fact that the actors were out there in the ocean with real sharks is more impressive than any special FX.
It was boring and had me rooting for the sharks by the halfway point. Main problem with it is how unrealistic it is if you're an actual diver. The "true" story wasn't really that close to the movie either.

are you reffering to the part were he gets bitten by the shark but then the shark leaves them alone?
It was slow and disturbing, I went to see it with my "almost" ex and our two kids, by the end of it there were some really bad vibes between everyone and I ended up screaming at my daughter in the parking lot, there really was no reason to it, we all attributed the bad vibes to the movie..which sucked imho
