    GFY on 28k

    I love GFY so much, but, a word of advice; don't bother waiting for every thread to load....
    SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

                  I had to the same a couple weekends past. Out at my inlaws in the bush for a week 'babysitting' their dogs.

                  Horrible phone lines out there and a 33.6 modem = unhappy nathan.

                      I'm so spoiled on my DSL. I'm lucky to be located where my service hits corporate LAN/T1 on speed tests. I still get to experience dialup on my laptop occasionally which makes me appreciate the DSL that much more

                          The board is loading sooooo incredibly slow for me tonight, anyway. I was just talking to someone else who noticed the same thing.

                              I actaully have cable, unfortunately, for in Australia the broadband companies are a bunch of tight asses and decide to cap or downloads.

                              I'm on a 15 gig plan in which i always manage to go over in about 9-10 days. Once you're over, you're on 28k for the rest of the month.

                                      Outch ... so many graphics . The board already is already slow for me on high speed I'd just kill myself on 56k

                                              true. i havent been forced onto 28k yet since optus increased the download limit from 3 gigs to 10.
